This series of knife-type contact fuses consists of three parts: fuse, base, and fuse carrier. It is suitable for overload and short-circuit protection (gG/gL) in electrical devices and circuits with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated voltage AC 500/690V, and rated current up to 1250A.

The fuse is a consumable part and needs to be replaced after actuation. It consists of a fuse, a fuse tube, an arc-extinguishing medium, a contact end plate, etc. The fuse is encapsulated in the fuse tube, which is filled with a sufficient amount of arc-extinguishing medium. The two ends of the fuse are firmly electrically connected to the contact end plate to form a knife-type contact plug-in structure. The fuse can be equipped with a fuse indicator or a striker. When the fuse is actuated, it can display the fuse (indicator) or push the micro switch (striker) to drive other auxiliary electrical appliances to work, so as to remind relevant staff to pay attention.

The base is a fixed part of the fuse, which supports the electrical connection between the fuse and the access circuit. It is composed of an insulating base plate, a wedge-shaped static contact, a retaining spring, etc., and is an open structure. The front terminal is connected to the external wire by bolts. Two mounting holes are reserved on the bottom plate for fixing. The whole base has the advantages of good heat dissipation, high tensile strength, reliable contact and convenient operation.

The fuse carrier is the moving part of the fuse, which is used to install or remove the fuse. It is composed of buckles, buttons, baffles, handles, etc. The buckle is divided into three sizes, which can hold fuses of 000~00, 0~3, and 4 sizes respectively. It has the advantages of reliable insulation, safe and convenient use, and small hand-feeling operation force.
